That's how important it is. Generally, mortgage broker licenses cost $200 in Florida. They then cost $150 in order to renew them. While these may seem like high fees, they are very much worth it. You will be making a lot more than that once your mortgage brokerage business goes in full swing. You won't need to worry about these prices anymore.
